The purpose of this study is to find out whether non-cash payment instruments affect Bank Indonesia interest rates and economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency in the period 2014-2017. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) Version 21 software. The results show a significant effect of nominal variables on Debit Card and Credit Card transactions on BI interest rates and economic growth as a Partial. As for the nominal variable e-money transactions, there is no significant effect. While simultaneously, the three non-cash payment instruments significantly influence the BI interest rate and economic growth during 2014-2017
