Copyright and License
JDEP (Jurnal Dinamika Ekonomi Pembangunan) applies the following copyright and licensing terms to published articles.
1. Copyright Ownership
Authors retain copyright to their articles and grant JDEP the right of first publication. Copyright ownership is not transferred to the journal or publisher.
2. Licence and Reuse
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
This licence permits copying, sharing, redistribution, and adaptation in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes. Users must give appropriate credit, link to the licence, and indicate whether changes were made. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the authors or JDEP.
Users must not impose additional legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the licence.
3. Additional Distribution
Authors may enter into separate, non-exclusive arrangements to distribute their published articles, provided that initial publication in JDEP is acknowledged. Such arrangements must not restrict rights already granted under CC BY 4.0.
4. Repository Deposit and Sharing
Authors may share the submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, and published version through repositories or personal websites without an embargo.
Shared versions must clearly indicate their publication status. Preprints or other prior dissemination must be disclosed at submission. After publication, shared copies should include the article’s full citation and DOI or permanent URL. Published versions must retain their copyright and licence information.
5. Third-Party Materials
Authors must obtain necessary permissions and acknowledge third-party materials appropriately. Materials excluded from the article’s Creative Commons licence must be identified in a credit line. Their reuse may require separate permission from the rights holder.
6. Licence Display in Article PDFs
The first page of each article PDF should display the CC BY logo, linked to the licence, together with the following notice:
This article is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
